Symptoms
On : 1.9.1.2.7 deployed on WebLogic\Forms and Reports = 10.3.6\11.1.2.2.0 Linux
WAM user SYNERGEN unable to login to Application but can sqlplus in to WAM Database where Case Sensitive is set to FALSE (SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON = FALSE), and other users able to login to application.

Error Message: Error getting pooled connection for user connection.
Root Exception Message: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. WAMTEST data refreshed from Production - both v19127
2. SYNERGEN is not able to login to WAM application, however, other users able to login to Application no problems.
