Unexpected behaviour after Argus Safety 8.1.1 installation

Information in this document applies to any platform.
It has been reported that, in rare circumstances, there might be unexpected system behaviour after Argus Safety 8.1.1 installation
It might include
1) All AG Services cannot connect to DB when configuration is correct (with error logged "Database is currently inaccessible to Argus" )
2) It is not possible connect to the database with Schema Creation Tool while connecting with sqlplus or SQL Developer works fine
3) An error happens when logging in with LDAP-enabled account
