On : 12.2.5 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unconstrained ASCP Plan showing incorrect pegging to project based onhand in R12.2.5

Project On hand pegging is not pegging to sales order (with same project) demand causing wrong project Pegging.

This issue is causing disruption in material planning for projects. Demands with project are pegging to non project onhand and causing excess under project based onhands.
This issue is available in production as well as in Test instance . Causing critical impact on material planning and master scheduling functions. To resolve this issue One off a patch has been given for 12.1.3 Environment. The issue is been reproduced in R12.2.5 instance and expecting the patch for R12.2.5 Environment as well.
