Symptoms

In MDM 2.1.0.3 database failure error will occur when the multi-item account with more than 999 SPs are linked and ITEM_SEQ_NUM from the D1_USAGE_PERIOD_ITEM_DET is saved during UT calculation.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set up US with 999+ SPs linked
  2. Each SP has multi-items on it
  3. Run UT and get the error
