OSM - Index Rebuild Failed When Index Name Starts With SYS_* (Doc ID 2327147.1)

Symptoms

All SYS_* indexes failed with below error:

Error starting at line : 304 in command -
exec om_part_maintain.REBUILD_INDEX(a_index_name =>'SYS_IL0000119038C00026$$',a_parallelism => null,a_online => true,a_only_if_unusable => false)
Error report -
ORA-02327: cannot create index on expression with datatype LOB
ORA-06512: at "OSMCORE724.OM_PART_MAINTAIN", line 3384
ORA-06512: at "OSMCORE724.OM_PART_MAINTAIN", line 6892
ORA-06512: at line 1
02327. 00000 - "cannot create index on expression with datatype %s"
*Cause: An attempt was made to create an index on a non-indexable
expression.
*Action: Change the column datatype or do not create the index on an
expression whose datatype is one of VARRAY, nested table, object,
LOB, or REF.
