Billing Care: Entering Notes Not Visible on UI until Paymentdetails Overlay Is Re-Opened

On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Customer Center
Billing Care: when entering notes to reversed payment on Billing Care it is not able to see notes entered on reversed payment without opening and closing the dialog window.
When trying to enter the second notes (comments) in the Payment Detail page for Reverse Payment there is no retrieve AllNotes compared to good case for the same Payment Detail page for Payment (not reverse payment).
There are more process after the create note, and it also calls NotesResource getAllNotes.
The notes should be easily accessible
