Symptoms

 When trying to Apply Deals online, the following error is prompted

 Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create Off Invoice deal and approve it
  2. On Deal active date, create a Purchase Order for the supplier.
  3. Apply Deals Online.
  4. Notice, the error.
