Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.0.0 version, Webservices Mgr & JCA Adaptor
Scenario:
- Customer is using Siebel - Application Integration Architecture(AIA) - Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) integration.
- During the order creation from Siebel to BRM, AIA is not getting the response back from BRM.
- CommunicationsCustomerPartyEBSV2 service in AIA keeps waiting for the response from BRM.
- Below errors were seen related to BRM JCA adapter in the SOA server logs.
