Enhancement Request: Improve Cost Sheet Rules Violation Dialog Window (Doc ID 2328665.1)

Last updated on MARCH 15, 2023

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 10.1 and later
Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 10.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Currently, when a user creates a new Rule and is unable to enable it, because existing data violates the Rule, the information provided in the Rule Exception dialog is ambiguous and doesn't direct the user to the violating record/cost.

It appears to show only the first violation to the rule, not all of them. All records violating the rule should be listed.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if the user receiving this window could click on each violations listed and be taken to the record;

The Rule Exception dialog has columns labeled Data Identifier (not present in all environments/versions), Trigger Value, and Current Value.
The labels do not appear to have much meaning to the user and is confusing to try to decipher.

Also, the above columns consistently cut off data and columns must be manually expanded each time to be able to even read the information provided.

Finally, a Print and/or Export feature would be useful.
