PIN_ERR_VALIDATION_FAILED While Calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_BUNDLE Opcode (Doc ID 2331218.1)

Symptoms

With AIA PIP version 11.4  (Application Integration Architecture Process Integration Pack), while calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_BUNDLE, BRM-ERR_VALIDATION_FAILED error is encountered from BRM.


Scenario :

  1. Performing change of ownership of one Account is the scenario wherein there are two sales orders are involved in this scenario.
  2. One is, Activation Order (Which does the purchase of the Co-location/dedicatedinternetaccess Service for example ).
  3. Second is, Change of Ownership Order (Service transfer and Ownership Change charge product purchase).
  4. First order got successfully completed. The second order, all the update and purchase (in initiate billing), was also success, but final PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_BUNDLE received below error.
