Symptoms

When attempting to log into P6 web on the cloud, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Blue Screen
Error
System error. Please retry your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the administrator.

Error log contains the following Error message:

  <[ServletContext@1236163849[app:bea_wls_deployment_internal module:bea_wls_deployment_internal.war path:null spec-version:3.1]] Servlet failed with an Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Compressed class space

<[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '344' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "613" seconds working on the request "Http Request Information: weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl@61815228[GET /p6/servicehealth]
", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace:


Steps To Duplicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to P6 Web page from the Cloud portal
  2. Login
  3. Observe error
