Model Build is Failing With ORA Errors in MBDBService Log (ORA-03113, ORA-03114) (Doc ID 2333617.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Water build is failing, the MBService log indicates there is a Database SQL error.
However ces_setup.ces includes running SQL commands and it ran without errors.

MBDBService log has the following errors:
