ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading ORS application from 2.1.0.5 to 2.3.0.1, Advanced menu option 52 was used to configure the http port to use non-SSL mode for the application to run. After this, when trying to start the services using spl.sh, the following error is triggered. As mentioned in the ORS 2.3.0.1 Installation Guide, user 'ouafjndi' was used as WebLogic JNDI User ID and password 'jndiadmin' for 'WebLogic JNDI Password' while configuring but in the log is an error that 'user ouafjndi does not exist' while starting the services.
