System Error When The Usage Transaction Is Deleted Manually in UI

Application throws the following error when User deletes the Usage Transaction, "The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator"
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a usage transaction in a state where delete action is allowed
- Perform delete on the created usage transaction
User receives error message “The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator.” is encountered.
