Symptoms
On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 8.1
When attempting to generate a Draft eMDR using the out-of-the-box profile CBER EVAERS V1.0 MESSAGE TEMPLATE, below error is reported:
"Error No:402000635 Description Error while validating the HL7 message against the XSD, refer ERROR_LOG for more details ".

1. Create a reporting destination with the message profile as 'CBER EVAERS V1.0 MESSAGE TEMPLATE'
2. Create a case in Argus Safety
3. schedule a eMDR report for the destination with the message profile as 'CBER EVAERS V1.0 MESSAGE TEMPLATE'
4. Click on the DRAFT link
5. Observe the error.
