Patch Set 19 Customer Center Java Web Start Throws Error Due to "Httpclient-4.5.3.jar" Version Mismatch (Doc ID 2338360.1)

Scenario:

User is trying to install Customer Center (CC) from 7.5 Patch Set (PS) 19
There is an issue during installation of httpclient jar for launching CC from Java Web Start
There is version mismatch between provided jar in 3plibs and the one configured jar in orasoft.jnlp
That is, it is mentioned that it requires 4.4 version however, 4.5.3 version jar has been provided in the installation.
