Why Is A New Revision Added To A Case When Users Cancel all Changes? (Doc ID 2339255.1)

When clicking a generate button under the Analysis tab (i.e. to automatically generate one of the comment blocks: Narrative, Case Comment, etc.), and then opting to cancel (when presented with the templates), the system is adding a new revision to the case despite no observable changes to the case.

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
 1. Create new case or open any existing case
 2. Click on Case Actions->Case Revisions (note the number of revisions)
 3. Go To Analysis tab and click on Generate button of Narrative field
 4. Click on Cancel button then go to Case Actions->Case Revisions new revision with user name though did not save anything
