Goal

Question 1: How to obtain the required installation kits for OFSAA EPM applications (FTP, PFT and ALM), necessary for upgrade from 5.6 version to 8.0.4:
1. EPM kit from 5.6 to 6.0
2. EPM kit from 6.0 to 6.1
3. EPM kit from 6.1 to 6.1.1.x
4. EPM kit from 6.1.1.x to 8.0.4

The above installers appear to be unavailable for download from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (OSDC).

Question 2: How to get the 6.0 installers for FTP, PFT and ALM and where to download the 6.0.x, 6.1.x and 6.1.1.x patches from?
