Goal

Duplication in Item season information is being ignored when items are uploaded to RMS [Upload Items From File] ,and there is no error on data loading status screen for the user to correct the data.

This behavior is observed when the file is modified and saved as .ods using Microsoft Excel.

If the .ods file is saved using Open Office,"Record already exists in the staging table.. Please delete the record to continue" gets displayed.

What is the reason of the different behavior?
