 Environment details : PDC9, ECE 11.3 PS3 and BRM PS18.

          In PDC, When there is change in the tax configuration of custom events in the products, Those changes are never updated in BRM. This issue is faced only while submitting usage events. When using cycle events, the tax code and the flag TAX_WHEN is changed in BRM as expected. Although the tax code is null in BRM, Issue affecting in a way that the flag TAX_WHEN never gets updated for this kind of events.
