Symptoms

Convergence 'Loading...' screen gets stuck after logging in on older versions of Mozilla and IE browsers.

On Mozilla Firefox 3.5 browser, the 'Loading...' page gets stuck at 55% while on Internet Explorer 7 & 8 browsers, the page doesn't load at all.
