Is CCB2.4.0.2.0 Supported if SSL 3.0 and SSL 2.0 Are Disabled and TLS1.0 Enabled? (Doc ID 1999072.1)

Since 2.4.0.3 is now supported with JDK 1.7.51, CCB continues to use TLSv1. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to make sure the handshake uses TLSv1.2?

A direct openssl handsake work from the server but not via the application. The WebLogic server logs clearly show its using the default which is TLS1.0.
