Upgrading ASAP 7.0.1 To 7.2.0; Error reading /dev/null; zip file is empty (Doc ID 2346262.1)

Symptoms

User tried to upgrade ASAP from version 7.0.1 to 7.0.2. The upgrade did not complete successfully with "Configure POTS Service Activation Model - Failed" message in the  asap72ServerSolaris.log.

The user then tried to revert the ASAP to source version (7.0.1) by restoring the ASAP_HOME and WL_HOME.

When WebLogic Server 9.2 was started, it was throwing the following errors/exceptions.
