Symptoms

Users are unable to import converted E2B R3 File that has a particular <messagetype> value.


For example: <messagetype>abcdichicsr<messagetype>

The following error is observed:

The value: ABCDICHICSR is invalid. For a list of valid values for this element, please check the table CFG_M2 using profile: ICH-ICSR V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - EMA_CUSTOM and dtd_element: MESSAGETYPE. Stored Procedure: M2_VALIDATION
