Why Is CASE LOCK DATE Not Included In Case Listing Report For A Closed Case?

The Case Listing report does not populate the CASE LOCK DATE field when a Case is Closed
1. Login to Argus
2. Navigating to Reports > Aggregate Reports > Case Listing
3. Create new Report
4. Use Activities > Case Closure to select: Case Lock Date and Case Closure Date
5. Memorize Report
6. Create New Case and Lock
7. Run Report
Case Lock Date is populated (Expected)
Case Closure Date is blank (Expected)
8. Close Case: Activities > Close
9. Run Report
Case Lock Date is blank (Not Expected)
Case Closure Date is populate (Expected)
