connectPortal() Function Incorrectly Connects to /service/pcm_client Instead Of /service/admin_client? (Doc ID 2350009.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, CM

Issue Scenario:
If we call connectPortal() from a custom Java code, the first call uses the connection info ( /service/admin_client) specified in the Infranet.properties file.

Example:


Why is this happening? Why it is not trying to connect every time as /service/admin_client as specified in the Infranet.properties file?

NOTE: This was working fine on until BRM 7.5 Maintenance Patch Set 1 ( MPS1).
