On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, client tools 

Currently Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (OCBRM) 7.4 Client Applications are installed on Windows 7 as these are supported on Windows 7.

What will be the impact if Windows 10 is installed?
Can OCBRM 7.4 client application be installed on windows 10? If not, what is the possible solution for it ?
