PDC UI Is Not Able To Load Event Details For Existing Charge Category (Doc ID 2353461.1)

Goal

On Pricing Design Center (PDC) patch set 10, upgraded from patch set 8, the User Interface is not able to load details when one selects particular charge category while creating charge offer. The service selected was existing in BRM and created in patch set 8.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new charge offer
2. Select existing service
3. New Charge details->Charge Category->Usage
