DMW QC Lifecycle: The Data Model Installation Hits: "Install Validation Failed : Found invalid objects in installation: Object PG_<###>_PRG is not installable" (Doc ID 2353778.1)

Symptoms

Changed from Development to Quality Control Lifecycle (QC LC) now and the installation of a DWM Model is failing in this QC LC.
The same model is successfully installed in the Development Lifecycle.

Steps to recreate the problem:

1. Login to DMW
2. Lifecycle mode: Quality Control
3. Click Study Configuration
4. Click Transformation
5. Click the name of the Model, for example '01 Model'
6. Install and it will display the error as:

Note: The full install was tried via Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) UI, instead of Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW). It failed as well.

Changes

 It could happen if the Data Model was promoted recently to Production Lifecycle.
