Meddra Webservice In Argus 8.1.1 Not Working With XML Version 1.1 - Central MedDRA Dictionary Did Not Return Any Results (Doc ID 2354922.1)

Goal

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 8.1.1

Recently upgraded database from 8.1 to Argus 8.1.1 (previously on AS 8.0)

Since this update to the database and the webserver, unable to use webservice for MedDRA.

It is developed for XML version 1.0 and 1.1.

If set the Version in the web.config to 1.1, can see a valid request and the webservices answers, but Argus Safety does not show the answer, it shows an error message:

"The central MedDRA dictionary did not return any results. The local MedDRA dictionary will be used."


The same setting is working fine in Argus Safety 8.0.

If amend to set the Version to 1.0 everything is working fine, however need Japanese terms, which are not supported in 1.0.
