Symptoms
When attempting to start the AutoVue server on Linux, the following message occurs on the terminal window:
Verifying if socket ports are in use ... done
Using 4 processes
Stopping console...
./jvueserver: line 88: kill (2555320) - No such process
Note: No AutoVue server log will get generated under "<AutoVue Install Directory>\bin\Logs" when this issue occurs. One can refer instead to the jvue.log file under "<AutoVue Install Directory>\bin".
Error in jvue.log file:
Error: missing 'server' JVM at '/opt/oracle/apps/appagprd/agileprd/agile935/AVS/jre/lib/i386/server/libjvm.so'.
Please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components
Steps to reproduce:
- Run ./jvueserver
- Notice the error on the terminal window.
