Applying a Blackout to a Scan While Blackout a Blackout is in Progress Results in a Suspended Scan

A Blackout period applied to a scan, modified while the blackout is currently in effect, results in the scan(s) remaining permanently in suspended state. A stop and a start returns the scan to running state. Is a fix available for this issue?
