Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

CCG ERP instance re-configuration failing ...

Recently changed the EBS "SYSTEM" (DB user system) and "apps" password. Re-configuration (remove CC Governor and CCG agent) failed.

ERROR

Common instance configuration completed with errors. Please view job log for errors




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG
2. Navigate to ERP workbench
3. Edit ERP instance entry, reconfigure.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run audit reports on production instance.
