ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It is unable to set the validity in days attribute when configuring a balance element in PDC.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The validity in days attribute can be set when configuring a balance element in PDC.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an balance element from PDC
2. Verify the validity in days in config_beid_balances_t.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This is causing adverse impacts by not loading the sub balances when ece is restarted as customer updater is using this parameter and not referring to the expired balance configuration in ECE charging settings.
