Symptoms

On : 6.0.0.3.0 version, NM Core


In Suspense Distribution Cartridge (DC) configuration, the value of utcTimeOffset cannot be set dynamically.
Documentation says that is a calculated value (Table 6-2. E52524-01) but it is present in the general.cfg config file but unable to modify the value using the node manager GUI.
