Messaging Server is configured with JMQ notification target (ISS email searching). ISS and IMQ have been stopped for maintenance.

During this time, the following has been observed:

- Opening mail in Convergence randomly produces the following message: The messaging server is not available.

- The httpd log contains the following errors:

ISS/IMQ have been stopped for maintenance.
