Broken Symlinks For libicu Shared Objects On Linux Platform (Doc ID 2370345.1)

Symptoms

For Messaging Server deployed on the Linux platform, the symlinks for libicudata.so, libicui18n.so, libicutu.so and libicuuc.so are pointing to versions older than what are currently included.  For example:
