Symptoms

On : 8.6.6.6000 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Control incidents that were accepted after a control was last run are no longer accessible either through viewing directly Control Monitoring > Incident Review or through the Access Incident Details Extract Report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accept incidents for control.

2. Review the accepted incidents under Manage Incident Results.

3. Access Incidents Extract Details Report fails with error An error occurred while generating the report.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review accepted incidents.
