Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.17.0 version, Vertex 3.02, Taxation,

After applying <Patch 26921821> on top of PS17 and after vertex upgrade to 3.02, BRM is failing to calculate taxes with the below error.

Here the user observed this error while calling PCM_OP_SEARCH for dm_vertex to check if the new patchset is working fine with the vertex 3.0 version
