The user has upgraded from PDC 22.214.171.124.0 to 126.96.36.199.0. While trying to start syncPDC, it is failing at first work item for SYNC_EVENT (step 1 of 8).
- Upgrade PDC from PDC 188.8.131.52.0 to 184.108.40.206.0.
Run the syncPDC after the upgrade, syncPDC failed during loading the BCCEvent.xml.
