SyncPDC Failed to Start when Upgraded from 11.1.0.6.0 to 11.1.0.9.0 (Doc ID 2372262.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center - Version 11.1.0.9.0

The user has upgraded from PDC 11.1.0.6.0 to 11.1.0.9.0. While trying to start syncPDC, it is failing at first work item for SYNC_EVENT (step 1 of 8).

STEPS :

  1. Upgrade PDC from PDC 11.1.0.6.0 to 11.1.0.9.0.
  2. Run the syncPDC after the upgrade, syncPDC failed during loading the BCCEvent.xml.
