Error: "ORA-00942 table or view does not exist" When Attempting to Upgrade a P6 EPPM Database Using the Database Setup Wizard (Dbsetup) From a Previously Failed Upgrade

When attempting to upgrade a P6 EPPM schema to r126.96.36.199+, from a previously failed attempt (where the database was at r8.3.x) allowing the failed attempt to perform a rollback of the schema, the following error occurs with the subsequent upgrade attempts when attempting to perform any action against a PRMAUDIT object:
ORA-00942 table or view does not exist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Starting from a r8.3 P6 EPPM schema, attempt upgrade that results in failure. Note, the schema will rollback.
2. Attempt upgrade a second time
3. Note the reported issue which occurs.
