Symptoms
If there is product with multiple ingredients in a case, same value is populated for G.k.2.3.r.1 tag.
Steps to Repeat:
----------------
1. Book in new case with product which have multiple ingredients
2. Enter all P.M.D.A required fields
3. Schedule and generate report
4. Click on the DRAFT hyperlink
5. Observe same values are populated for G.k.2.3.r.1 tag
