Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling

After installing Interim Patch 27145699 on top of BRM 7.5PS15, there is a problem with rerating process

Patch 27145699 corrects problem with missing PIN_FLD_PERIOD field in out of box setup.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set pvt=2017-11-10
2. Create account and service with effective_t=2017-11-10
3. Purchase product prorated with effective_t=start_t=2017-11-10 and end_t = 0
4. Purchase product XYZ
5. Reset pvt to today/sysdate
6. Purchase discount prorated which works on product XYZ with start_t = 2017-11-10
7. After this scenario error occurred
