ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CCG- no objects are found in tick_chg_track_objects post Aug-16

we are not able to find the objects in the table 'tick_chg_track_objects' post Aug 16. the triggers are in place and the Change Tracker in the front end completes succesfully

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Change Tracking Transfer should track the changes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to CCG
2. Run the Change Tracking Transfer Job

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to track the changes from EBS trough Change Tracking Transfer
