* It is not possible to link directly to packages on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud. In order to find the appropriate 3C package:
  1. Search for "Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller"
  2. Click the appropriate "REL" or "DLP" option which will add it to you cart
  3. Click "Selected Software"
  4. If required, select the Platform/Language (for a given target Operating System, there is no difference between the 32bit and 64bit releases)
  5. Click Continue
  6. Acknowledge the Oracle Standard Terms and Restrictions
  7. Click Download (or follow the on-screen instructions for alternate options)
