Goal

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

Duplicates records are coming in CCG Report

 
We have created a Change tracker definition on Journal Source object of General Ledger application and performed some changes on the Freeze Journal option for the Journal sources form in EBS.

When we run the CCG report, we have observed that duplicate records are coming up for the same change. Attached the report with the duplicate rows highlighted in Yellow.

Please help us understand the root cause and the possible way to resolve this.
