CDI Activity Search Zone Returning Duplicate Tasks (Doc ID 2378837.1)

Symptoms

Common Dispatching Interface (CDI) Activity Search Zone returns duplicate tasks.

Create a same day activity in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) at an apartment. Log on to CDI. Search for activity using the address on the CDI activity zone. See that two rows are returned for the same activity.

The activity query page does not return two rows for the same task. Upon investigation, it appears there is a qualifier on the activity query page to use only the site address. The CDI activity zone does not have this qualifier.
