JMX DOES NOT WORK WITH/BEHIND FIREWALL

OEM Plug in - Application management pack needs a working JMX. JMX works fine without firewall, otherwise not.
The Customer is facing this issue in CCB Vers 220.127.116.11.0, FW version 18.104.22.168.0.
Steps To Reproduce:
When a firewall is enabled and the configured JMX port is allowed through the
firewall, the connection through JMX does not work.
