GRC 8.6.x : Not able to import Control - Errored : Failed to deserialize the object (Doc ID 2381161.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.6.6 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

When attempting to Import Control
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Continuous Control Management
2. Click on Mange Controls
3. Click on Actions --> import

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to Import Controls.
