Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Other Issues not covered by existing components
When attempting to View the Change Tracker Changes,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Error: Unable to process" as old value or new value
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG
2. Create Change tracking definition, choose object as Payables option
3. Save definition
4. Login into EBS and navigate to payables option and make changes
5. Logout of EBS
6. Login to CCG
7. Run Change Tracking Transfer program
8. Navigate CCG workbench
9. Click Change Tracker
10.View changes for the Payables
